My research focuses on developing advanced computational methods at the intersection of imaging informatics, graph neural networks, and computational biology. I develop novel deep learning frameworks for brain functional connectivity analysis, multi-omics data integration, and clinical AI applications. My work bridges neuroimaging and genomics to advance precision medicine.
