Research Expertise

My research integrates imaging informatics, graph neural networks, and computational biology to develop novel methods for precision medicine. I specialize in building deep learning frameworks for analyzing brain functional connectivity from fMRI data, with a focus on interpretable graph-based architectures.

I have extensive experience in multi-omics data integration, genomic analysis, and biomedical image analysis.
